Vandaag is Software As A Service DE innovator op het gebied van Managed services voor Microsoft producten. KPN Integrated Managed Services (IMS) levert ook de Microsoft producten "As A Service", zoals Exchange, Sharepoint en CMS vanuit het KPN Cybercenter, gevestigd op Schiphol Oost.
